Transactional web app

About the project

This transactional portal allows customers to pay their invoices online and also view their account statements. The main users for this app are accountants and direct clients. We worked on an informative part on the homepage, where the client can have access to special offers and useful links to other services offered by the company. Also to an informative video about the use of the application.

My Role: UX Designer Project Date: 2018 Agency: adventures.do

Main task / Deliverables: Information architecture, sitemap, wireframes,digital prototype & unmoderated user testing.

The client: IMCA is the representative in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica for the Cat®, Mobil ™, Metso and John Deere brands, offering construction and crushing equipment, agriculture and power solutions, lubricants and more.
