Flen is an energy saving app that helps student from warmer climates acclimatize to colder weather by suggesting them to set targets. The main features of the App :
Personalised Energy Plan The app takes inputs on your previous living location and suggests plan for adapting to the new weather.
Carbon Footprint Review Using smart meter data, the app converts and displays energy consumption in format of carbon footprint points.
Smart Controls Enables smart controls for heating devices so that the user can operate them remotely and efficiently.
User outcome : Acclimatising and feeling secured in new environment.
Desired outcome : Reduce the negative impact of domestic energy consumption.
