Taincenseholdo

An incense holder is designed to show respect to a leading contemporary Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. His personal design style with unique architectural features are analyzed and integrated into the project and express his spirits. In the spirit of Tadao Ando, he focuses and emphasizes the characteristics of those invisible natural elements in his architectural work, namely air, space, water and light. The incense holder is designed to project the activity of the earth onto a microscopic scale, which lies within the incense holder.
