File Handling Icons

Upgrading the file handling icons:

Local actions:
save, save as …, upload, download, share, add / create new, remove / delete

Cloud actions:
save to cloud, save to cloud as …, upload to cloud, download from cloud, share from cloud (make public), add / create new on cloud, remove / delete from cloud

I think the minus as a delete icon might be ok on modern systems because everything should always be undoable. On the other hand we should differ from “delete” (absolutely) and “remove” (from a list) … Normally I use the “x” for remove and the trashcan for delete. But I want to try something different now … let’s see.
