What's this shot about?

This is a Modal view of a Form that the users need to fill to create a new job that will be assigned to other users.

All the text inputs and the dropdown will have error validations enabled except for the Optional text input field.

The primary button will also be in a disabled state till all the mandatory fields and dropdown are filled.
