Sea Love Sea Salt - Rebranding + Packaging

Sea Love Sea Salt - A local startup recently featured on the PBS show "Startup." Based in Wilmington, NC they gather buckets of ocean water, then open air evaporate the water to extract the salt. Currently their branding is a wordmark with some serif type. The current packaging is dark, with the colorful serif type as the flavor.

Our branding includes a graphic of a wave with a red background. The wave representing where the product comes from, and the red to represent love. Our type is readable yet crunchy with some sharp corners.

Packaging includes a a patterned background with seagulls, waves, and the sun. We added more color by adding waves to the bottom of the label. The logo is readable and prominent on the front while the flavor is smaller, but still eye catching because it's red.
