Career page for REO 💙

I love employer branding, so I got excited when I had to do the copywriting, design and development of our career website 😎. I explored a lot of career pages, did some moodboards and explored animations with Webflow.

The trickiest part was also mixing what we want to communicate verbally and visually. I made a survey for all of our employees to describe why they liked to work with REO, and this made it so easy to define our values and give life to this page.
