Recycling is the right thing to do but it may seem complicated, especially when it comes to sorting out the trash and putting it into the right bin. Our designers think that a solution can be using mobile scanning, just like in our new concept.
The first screen is a home page with a search bar, number of points earned by a user, app motto, and popular types of waste. The second screen displays the rubbish scanner, information about rubbish, and earned points.
For this concept, we chose a light color palette with some pastel accents. Also, we added isometric pictures to make the app look friendlier and emphasize its purpose.
A clean interface and trendy look of the app encourage citizens to pay more attention to managing their waste. Point system and rubbish scanning make routine activities more enjoyable and involving.
