This app was made to stop our friends from yelling at their HEIC files. It’s free because no one deserves the pain of incompatible formats.
WTF is .HEIC?
HEIC is the container that holds High Efficiency Image Formats. It’s the default file format that Apple uses for photos on iOS devices. If you have an iPhone, you’ve probably got HEICs.
Why converter?
HEICs do a good job of saving storage space on your phone, but they don’t cut it for things like: importing photos to Adobe CC, viewing on a PC or Android, backing up to Dropbox or Google, or preparing for the future...
