Botanica

For my graphic design studio class, I was prompted to create and design a magazine of my choice. After days of ideation, I created Botanica.

Botanica - a magazine that talks all about plants. From wild forests, to fruits, vegetables, to the small pots of flowers that live in your house. They can act as a source of aesthetic decoration in your house, or as an investment for their fruits. Plants are unique and need specific requirements, just like us humans! I imagine it to be an appreciation of different plants, as well as an informative/ educational magazine that allows the viewers to understand their plant friend’s needs and wants. In addition to this, it acts as a style guide, what plants fit with what aesthetic if your very own house.
