A logo design for a training organisation

"A training organisation that offers certificates and diplomas in a variety of areas including leadership and management, aged care and disability. The logo needs to be simplistic and professional but also warm and nurturing to people expanding their careers. We would also like our slogan at the bottom to say "sustainable learning"."

This was my work description but however am a starter at designing and am just trying to get a lot better at it,pls feedbacks is something I am really looking forward to right now, how can I improve.
