Elevated Retreats Co, based in Colorado, is a new company, with a mission to rediscover the joy of movement by using a combined experience in somatic education, therapy and awareness techniques in order to explore how we move and eventually improve that movement so that you can ultimately become the person you were meant to be.

Elevated Retreats Co came to me just as they were starting their new venture. They wanted a logo & brand package to help give their business its own unique identity. Both owners reside in Colorado and wanted the logo to also express their love and pride for their home state. The mountain featured in the logo is inspired by the The Angel and Grinch of Mount Shavano, a summit located in the Southern Sawatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. It’s a well known tourist destination the clients wanted to honor. Representing this particular destination helps make their logo familiar to those residing in CO, as well as memorable for those who visit and attend their retreats. The logo was created in Adobe Illustrator 2021. The typeface featured helps give the logo a slight rugged look to help represent the nature in which the retreats take place. The colors bring a calm and grounded feel to the logo, which is the exact feel they hope to bring to their prospective clients - a calm, grounded, authentic and nature-focused retreat.
