We were having issues with new users understanding our platform and what we did. After conducting user research we came across multiple pain points. I took those pain points and created 5 key aspects of our service.
After completion of page and key aspects, customer service team not only had a page to share with interested users but verbiage that was tested to answer to user questions; reducing customer interaction time.
