Fixit Day Poster

I made a fix-it day workshop poster to encourage our product team to fix usability issues that we couldn't care about in much for the last few months. I needed to make sure to get people's attention so that we can improve our product as a collaborative effort.

Thanksfully almost everyone in the product team participated in the workshop and we were able to enhance more than 30 features just in a few weeks.

There's a little bit of multi-lingual wordplay here. OJT stands for 'on-the-job training' as you know. I teased this still image poster only saying OJT and people wondered what it was about. Then I disclosed the full animated poster because OJT can be also read in Korean, 'oh, stubborn stain', meaning that we need a lot of things to clean up for our product.
