The Illustration for Jinx from Netflix’s Arcane

Sometimes, visual symbols can tell us all there is to know about friendship, loneliness, and love. That’s basically why Zajno crew adores Netflix’s new animated show, Arcane: it tells a compelling visual story without uttering a word. And because we loved it so much, we decided we wanted to pay tribute to it in some way.   

My illustration is drawn from the episode in which Jinx lights a fire so that her sister Vi can find her – something the pair had agreed in their younger days they would do if they were ever separated. 

I created the character, background and colors all within Procreate.
