Mobile web sign up page

Created a sign up page for an imaginary Tech company called Apex. Apex had just set up a 'gig' contest and needed contestants to sign up and create an account as this contest is progressive and would require contestants to win from level 1 up. It's my first mobile app page design, and day 1 of the 100 days #DailyUI challenge.
