Union redesign
Union is one of the most innovative and complex insurance company in Slovak republic with more than 600 employees. They offer travel insurance, vehicle insurance, health insurance, life insurance and property insurance for people and companies.
Union needed a modern website transformation that would enable them to continue to innovate for their clients. They tasked us with refreshing their digital presence and bringing their website up with the times.
As with any big redesign, the challenge was to simplify the content while preserving information. We focused on improving the experience while updating the look and brand expression. We also fine-tuned their conversion funnel, simplifying hundreds of pages and novels worth of copy and focusing on the gaps in the conversion funnel – resulting in a lower cost per acquisition and increased conversions.
With a dominant trend of mobile browser usage as the first contact point with a customer, we focused on having an accessible site that was optimized for all devices, focusing on mobile first.
