Winter Sports Gear

I am planning to ski/snowboard for the very first time this February, so I have been on the hunt for some American made equipment and I've ran across some pretty awesome places that allow you to custom design gear. I already ordered this custom jacket and pants from NWT3K, but now I'm flirting with the idea of getting a custom Marhar snowboard to match.

This is my first attempt at a snowboard design so I imagine there will be more iterations to follow, but I'm curious what you guys think of these options so far? Do you have a favorite combo?
