Neon glow

Here I have followed a neon effect tutorial for photoshop. You draw a shape around the subject and give it a neon glow through glow features, darken the picture so the glow looks more powerful and use masking techniques to create the effect that the person is inside the triangle. Also used some photoshop smoke brushes. Image i used was taken from Unsplash
