Payment Oak Identity/Brand Development

So I have been covered up lately with work, but as if that isn't enough I got a call today to make a logo for a non-mentioable side project of a co-worker. It has to be done by Monday. I am super excited to be apart of it though and have really been enjoying it!

My purpose of posting it is to try to gain some feedback on what you guys think of it before I send it in on Monday. Feedback is GREATLY appreciated!
