FRANKLY - Endometriosis Coasters

For this project I wanted to create a range of products which would empower women and promote discussion around tough and taboo health topics - with the initial range focussing on Breast Cancer, Endometriosis, and Domestic Violence.

I wanted to place fun, engaging illustrations - which were honest without being sexualised - on an asset which would force conversation. Because of this, I decided on the medium of coasters, ubiquitous at coffee shops, bars, and home coffee tables alike. The coasters display common symptoms of certain issues so that women would know what to look out for in themselves and in friends with the aim of normalising these discussions and empowering women to advocate for themselves - from their relationships to the doctors office.
