Model Tobacco Building Apartments

Starting another week with Art Deco-style building. This time, I found a very interesting one which was built from 1938 ~ 1940 with the Art Deco style. It immediately grabs my attention because the letters, pillars are very typical Art Deco style. This 6-stories building is located in Richmond, Virginia and a former tobacco company operated it. A large investment company converting this building into apartments but not sure that happened or not.
