Walk away compensated

Had to do a couple quick-ish illustrations for a webinar coming up for wagepoint and wanted to share my favorite guy. I like the way his attitude came across here.

This is to show 'paying an employee leaving due to compensation' so without getting too metaphorical my first idea was just to have someone packing up their stuff, but that seemed too much like they were being fired. So instead i went with the 'hit the road' stick and pouch but filled with money and sort of a confident swagger to him, to show it's not necessarily a bad thing.

I kept the styles very loose and simple for the sake of time and tried to limit my colors, which was a challenge per usual, but its nice playing around
