Chatbot design - UX

Juanito, the virtual assistant, was designed to help users to order delivery products on WhatsApp.

Channel: WhatsApp

Problem: non digital users wanted to order products without entering in a website or downloading an app.

Solution: We created a WhatsApp chatbot to offer the user the nearest stores, take the order, notify the local store and complete the delivery.
