Redesign transport app - Find and follow a bus, subway or tram

Hello there!

I did my first full app redesign project. The design of the old app was no longer relevant, there were bad reviews on Play Market and AppStore from real people, the app performed poorly and slowed down. I kept the three main functions but changed the entire design to a more user-friendly one.

Key-Value of the project:
I had one, the main task - to make a simple, clear, and modern app for the entire city. An app that everyone, from a second-grader to a senior citizen, can understand.

As It is my interpretation of the old app, and I didn't work with real developers, I relied on feedback from AppStore and PlayMarket. For more understanding, I interviewed my friends and brother. In particular, I asked them to find the bus route and check the balance of the travel card. During the interview, I asked them to describe any impressions or difficulties when using it.

As a prototype I highlighted 3 main scenarios from an old app, there they are:
1) Route search and tracking mode.
2) View saved routes and add new ones.
3) Check the balance of the ONAY (transport card)
