Did you know Spirit Guides do not have a physical presence

Spirit Guides will never connect with a physical presence. They connect through the astral, through knowing. If you feel a presence, that would be a spirit “ghost” from the 3D - 4D realm. All multidimensional beings connect more telepathically. Example.. if you feel a loved one around, they have not crossed over yet.. either they are too scared to leave or they just want to stay. They are still who they were when they passed, so if they weren’t very pleasant.. I would usually tell them it is time to cross over & open a little portal so that they may leave to their next journey. Having their energy here keeps us dense, we are forever ascending, so we must transmute all their energy. To connect more with your spirit guides will always be through meditation. Clearly through the mind & giving them a clear channel to speak through. Confidence with your thoughts is truly key.
