Electricity contract and moving

Client: Engie

Objective: Redesign the landing page presenting the "moving" offer with gas and electricity subscription and the subscription form.

Outcomes: We worked on a clear landing page explaining the offer, the arguments and the steps to subscribe to make it easy for the users to know what they should prepare and how long does it take. Once the subscription done, we invited the users to prepare the document while waiting for an advisor's call to anticipate and make the subscription faster on each side. The main challenge was to give constant feedback and necessary informations to avoid additional stress in addition to the move.
