Regal Hotels Group is one of the largest hotel operators in Hong Kong managing 24 hotels and 90 restaurants and bars. Its main website is overloaded with bulky information accumulated over a long period. A revamp is necessary to restructure the information architecture and redefine a complete customer experience across different platforms.
