Adler Planetarium Exhibition: Chicago's Night Sky

The concept design is inspired by the objective of reconnecting the citizens of Chicago with the night sky by compelling visitors to look up instead of common eye-level sight.

Along with 2 other designers, we created the inspiring identity design that connects context, subject, and perspective to generate an immersive visitors’ experience. My design approach is composed of detailed building illustrations from two different angles. The frog-view angle is crucial to evoke the visitors’ imaginative thinking and the eye-level view brings the reality of being in Chicago.

The application of this design is widely used across social media assets, banners, bright signs, graphic panels, reading rails, and exhibition wall designs.
