Lead role in award-winning website redesign, concept of program name "Uplift," logo and branding, marketing campaigns (print + digital) for Delta's employee reward program, winning an IMA, WMA, and Horizon Interactive Award in 2016. Following the relaunch of the program, enrollment doubled, Card acquisitions hit the year’s target in a single month, and employee rewards totaled more than $6 million in revenue growth and 120 million miles.
