UI Assets project logo

Hi everyone! We are in a sort of dilemma and we need your help! We just started a new project called "UI ASSETS" a platform (as the name states) dedicated to UI and UX designers. Now our designer created this very creative logo in my opinion for our new project but the Marketing team said that is too much. So to clarify everything we said to give this to the community and let them decide! So what do you guys think? Is it too much or is it something you guys would like to see live on the web?
