A better web experience for a very outdated looking webpage that seems to have way too many links and redundancies on one page to navigate efficiently.

Much of the site has been sectioned and grouped for better viewing.

Meets WCAG 2.0 standards at Level AA.

Experimental Feature:
Guide Symbols (orange triangle, magenta dot) could be used as markers for frequently used links or areas of the main webpage. It could be used to more easily help navigate a customer around the website when on the phone with a customer service agent.
