Kombat Films Rollercoaster Logo

Kombat Films is a Brazilian video production company with stunning work in both advertising film and hand made stop motion and mixed technique.

They use a rollercoaster as a symbol for story telling (with all its ups and downs, twists and turns).

We've been working with their team in rebranding and repositioning the studio in order to prepare for larger budget work.

This is one of the three logos we designed for them. The type is done in pencil (on top of the digital, for texture and man made quality) in a customized version of Goudy, with a bespoke sans-serif lettering based on the same structure of Goudy.

The serifs mark the beginning and end of the journey.
