Complaints dashboard

The problem was to create a platform that makes it easier for the restaurants admin to go through complaints from users and easily navigate through, usrs were unfamiliar with the conventional ticket, hece the way that we decided was what most users are used to and that is chatting , now each user with a new complaint takes the side bar and his chats are shown and if answered, it filters under so as to give room for the new complaints.
