The recent redesign of our 'trigram security page' helped gain 10 points of conversion.

When a patient books an appointment online using Doctolib, he receives a reminder text message or email with a link to the appointment details.

For security reasons, we asks the users to enter first the first 3 letters of the patient's last name (you can also book an appointment for a relative).

We recently removed all health information (practitioner name and address) from our external communication and unlogged pages such as this, in order to prevent medical data leak. That's why we decided also to redesign the page to make sure the conversion will remain.

💡The main idea was to blur all health information behind the card to make sure users would understand the purpose of this security page.
