ATHENS 2004 Paralympic Games emblem

While working for the Organising Committee for the Olympic Games ATHENS 2004 I designed the Paralympic Games emblem. For this project I designed a human profile to symbolise the power of will. The background print in this case was an orange circle (made of a potato print!) standing for the sun, to correspond with the cobalt-blue square of the Olympic emblem.
Will power for the Paralympic games emblem seems as evident for a symbol as the olive wreath for the Olympic games.
