Writing has never been my forte, but sometimes we gotta face our demons. I've got a long way to go so here's a start. For now, the aim is to simply be boring and invisible.

Here are a couple of error messages for voucher code redemption. I tried to:

1. Tell the user what happened
2. Tell the user how to resolve it
3. Provide an option if it cannot be resolved

The third point being another means to achieve a business objective.
