Off-Canvas Nav

A scroll animation on the menu changes the 'normal' navigation (on desktop+) into a button for a of-canvas sliding sidebar. This button is 'fixed' so it will stay in the viewport while scrolling the page.

When viewport is smaller than 1024px, you'll only see the fixed nav button. Used Modernizr, enquire.js and some codes to make the magic happen!
