Concept of an online adventcalendar

The first advent calendars are already available in stores. In my opinion, there is not yet a good digital replacement for an advent calendar. At the moment all online or app advent calendars are based on the printed physical versions with doors. But there is potential for improvement. ☝️

My thoughts💭

1️⃣ The fun of a digital version should not be in looking for the right door. It should rather be about surprising the user. My thought immediately went in the direction of a mysterybox , which is often used in video games.

2️⃣ The gifts contained therein should be easy to redeem. Either as a coupon code or as free gifts in stores.

3️⃣ The app should inform the user with a notification that a surprise is waiting for him and lead him directly to the gift. You should not have to search the app for a long time to get the gift.
