I chose impulse buying as a problem that I want to solve with a graphic design solution. After a lot of research, I came
up with a solution: creating a “cooling system.” I developed a system for people to reconsider their order in a different mood. This system will automatically hold the order you place and ask again after a day to make sure uses need those things instead of shopping emotionally. This project investigates how research and audience understanding create successful interactive projects that enhance users’ experience with a brand.
