Tooltip / popover UI design

Part of the magic "secret sauce" behind Maths Pathway (https://mathspathway.com/) is how our curriculum content is structured. Within the teacher portal, there is a d3.js component which shows the connections and a while ago I made it easier to use by increase the hover size and making it much more legible.
