CBD Social centers itself around the customers they serve. But how do you create the same friendly in-store experience online? E-commerce is growing at a rapid pace with no sign of slowing down. Now has never been a better time to build or re-engineer the online user experience process. Before starting this project, CBD Social already had a substantial online presence. However, this online shopping experience did not express the same feeling that you would get in-store. Capturing this experience called for new branding elements that are consistent across all web and social platforms, defining the user experience process, and creating noticeable content to increase engagement.
