Landing page for my student club. Old members are meant to register here to build up our member database, which was lost in the 80's and never fully restored (student club is over 80 years old).

It lets them pick default stuff (name, email, password), specify an address to receive event invitations and which roles they had in the club (member, ...). Only the first bit will be required.
