Yoga is a great way to balance out the body after hours of working in front of a screen. In this series I’m featuring some of my favourite poses.

First Shot: Full wheel (Chakrasana). Benefits: Stretches chest and lungs, strengthens the whole body, increases energy, and is therapeutic for back pain (and more).
