Miss Colombia

This year I've been binge listening to Miss Colombia, the second album by Toronto-based and Barranquilla-born singer Lido Pimienta. 🎀💖🌺 Ughhhh, her sounds are so refreshing and inspiring. I think the way she embraces her Colombian roots and her cultural heritage thru her music is one of the coolest things I’ve discovered this year. Fav tracks definitely are Eso Que Tú Haces, Nada (with Bomba Estereo's frontwoman Li Saumet), Te Quería and Resisto y Ya (a BOPPPP). We STAN a diaspora queen.✨💛 I’m literally dying to see her perform live sooner than I think. 😩
