Logo Design for A Training Company

Logo Design requirement Description:
Hi! I need a logo for my company - Maximizing Learning. The company provides training courses for trainers, speakers, authors, managers of others, etc to help them build their training skills and better share their knowledge in a way that truly transforms people's lives. And it provides courses and coaching for individuals to help them learn critical life skills. Target audiences are adults, not children.

I really want the logo to :
1) Inspire a feeling of joy, freedom, exhilaration - I love that upward movement of expression of joy
2) Be dynamic in that it conveys Action and Transformation rather than theory or book learning and
3) Be colorful - I love blues, greens, purples, reds, pinks - definitely not browns, blacks, greys. It has to convey a feeling of life!
I have attached a few examples to give an idea of the types of things I am looking for - it does not have to be the same figure and it doesn't have to be leaves but it has to give the same feeling of joy, freedom, exhilaration.

I feel the logo needs to represent people - not owls, or birds or butterflies, etc - and not scholarly hats or books - but of course, I am open to any other creative ideas. I'd like the name - Maximizing Learning - to be written in a somewhat more creative, maybe handwritten script. I do love swirls but it can't be TOO lacy or flowery because I'm trying to balance the inspiration and joy side with the practical action and impact side. The company needs to appeal to a wide range of knowledge experts across different professions from healers and coaches to marketers and consultants as well as to companies in the Corporate World.

Design Process;
It was an open contest at Freelancer.com in which I have participated and win the project. After a couple of design submissions, the client has chosen my concept design. The client has the requirements of human symbol changes with two variations as per the requirements. I did it within a couple of days during the handover project timeline at freelancer.

Rizwan Saeed was a pleasure to work with. He was great at listening to feedback and sending revised designs until we got to one I loved. And he was very fast and professional with all his communication.
Creative concept:
I am very pleased with my new logo for my production company. Rizwan was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and thorough. I am and will be using him again for future projects.
