LifeData website idea

Another concept for LifeData's homepage.

I need to find a quick way to animate prototypes, because I think this design could be really nice with the imagery of people and circles bubbling up as you scroll down the page.

My current tools for animating prototypes are Invision and Keynote (lol), but my goal this year is to find a better way to demonstrate motion in early design concepts. Maybe in AfterEffects?

Would appreciate any recommendations on tools you've found helpful for showing motion in prototypes. Thanks!
