UX Design Process

Interacting with the platform was very confusing and in most cases the user had to request assistance in order to complete certain tasks. To solve these problem our work took all aspects of the UX design process: user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design and front-end development.

As result we obtained a user-centered product concept, aimed at giving prominence to recurring tasks, with a clear language and better usability. We also create key notifications for the user and information in-product linked to the help center, to complete a great experience 🙌
