MeetingHero: Confirm Recipients of Summary Email

Continuing work on a confirm recipients screen to help confirm who meeting notes should be sent to after concluding the meeting.

As you could imagine, this list can get long with larger organizations. To accommodate scale, we are exploring send actions at the top right and bottom, bulk select/de-select, and pull to reveal search.
