How to Activate your CORE? And why should you do that?
Firstly, by activating your core, you help your body maintain an erect posture which helps in activating your Muscles which means better Weight Loss.
It also helps with spine related problems.
Now, how should you do that?
Don’t have time to exercise?
Just go slow.
Try & tuck in your tummy ( like you do when you fake it😂).
On a serious note, just tuck in your stomach towards your hips and try squeezing your hips towards your abdomen.

Irrespective of where you are, sitting or standing, you can perform this simple Core Activation exercise anywhere.
Note- Like with any other exercise, avoid doing it immediately after meals & on full stomach. Try doing it after a gap of an hour atleast.
Try & see the difference.
